Our Story

The Founder

Roxy,  is the face behind Flower Preservations Ireland. Her journey into flower preservation started in a very real way with her own wedding bouquet. When Roxy got married in September 2023, like so many brides she wanted to keep the flowers as a memento of the day. When she was unable to find anyone nearby to preserve them the decision was made to learn how to do it herself.

Having always loved flowers and being creative Roxy took on the challenge balancing a corporate career with a creative side. When she's not preserving blooms she's at home with her rescue cats and American Akita, also a rescue adopted through Husky Rescue Ireland. Roxy also welcomes baby Cillian in late 2025. Juggling work, pets and a baby definitely keeps things interesting but has never stopped Roxy from providing amazing service to her brides.

Behind the scenes, her partner Philip is a huge part of the process. He looks after the finishing and technical details of creating Roxy's vision and supporting its growth. Together, they put genuine care into every piece that leaves their hands.

The Business

Since 2023 Flower Preservations Ireland has strived to be at the forefront of the Irish resin preservation sector. Since coming into this niche aspect of flower preservation, the business has carved out a prominent spot. Learning from international experts in resin Roxy has learned from the best early on and has since worked to develop her own methods which allow Flower Preservations Ireland to showcase clients flowers. Worked alongside some of the biggest resin suppliers and mold makers, the business ensure that only the highest quality products are used which leads to the highest quality custom pieces.

By investing in learning the processes, developmental courses, constant research and using the best materials the business has grown rapidly. Flower Preservations Ireland created relationships with premium flower suppliers & venues through the personal connection Roxy provides and continues to develop these relationships with each client that they work with.

Alongside the custom preservations offered, Roxy quickly developed a unique jewellery collection using real flowers encapsulated in resin. These unique pieces regularly attracted attention and lead to prominent place in boutique craft markets, partnerships with other business and sales in specialist stores. Flower Preservations Ireland jewellery continues to be the introduction for many clients to custom pieces although as the business continues to grow it has required taking on additional staff for displaying the products at markets.

The hard work of the business was recognised by the wedding industry early on and it won its first award in 2025 as Weddings Online Newcomer of the Year. The business continues to regularly be recognised and nominated in the sector thanks to hard work undertaken and the drive to bring quality product offerings that are unavailable elsewhere.

Now based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare, the business has established an industry leading position in the sector. Each piece takes time, patience and care, with over 50 steps involved in the preservation process. Working closely with every client to create something personal and meaningful, whether it's a wedding bouquet, memorial flowers, or a sentimental keepsake.

Every petal tells your story. Flower Preservation Ireland's job is to help you hold onto it.
