The Truth About Resin and Sustainability

Unlike fast-production methods, my flower preservation process is an 8–12 month journey from the moment flowers arrive to the final product.

Resin work is an intricate and multi-step process. Unlike what some might assume, it's not just pouring liquid and waiting for it to harden. Each piece requires sanding, levelling, taping, and polishing to ensure a flawless finish.

Every flower must be handled with the utmost care. Touching petals with bare hands can transfer oils from your skin, which may not be visible immediately but will become apparent when sealed in resin, causing darkened or blotchy spots. This is why I handle flowers delicately and always wear gloves when necessary.
